All our furniture is made from reclaimed timber. This means every piece has unique grain patterns, knots, and natural character. No two items are ever the same.

Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes. Most of our designs can be made to your exact measurements. Send us the size, style, and finish you want, and we’ll create a custom quote.

How long does delivery take?
Build times vary depending on the item, but most orders are completed within 1–3 weeks. Delivery usually takes 1–3 days after dispatch. Custom builds may take slightly longer.

Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, we deliver to all mainland UK postcodes. For remote areas, delivery may take a little longer.

Can I collect my order?
At the moment, we don’t offer workshop collection, but we use reliable couriers who handle handmade furniture with care.

Will my furniture look exactly like the photos?
Every piece is handmade from reclaimed wood, so natural variations in grain, texture, and colour are expected. This is part of the charm and uniqueness of reclaimed timber.

How do I care for my furniture?
Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals. Re‑waxing once or twice a year helps maintain the finish and protect the wood.

What if I need a specific height or depth?
Just ask. We regularly adjust dimensions for customers to fit alcoves, small spaces, or awkward layouts.

What is your returns policy?
Because each piece is handmade to order, returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If there’s ever an issue, contact us and we’ll make it right.
